If a defect has occurred in your product, you can send it in to our repair service at any time.

Before sending your device in, please contact the Service Hotline, as our service staff can usually help by phone.

Our products are subjected to stringent final quality controls before being delivered. Should a defect have nonetheless occurred on your product, please sent it in the original packaging to the service address below. You will then receive a new or repaired device back in the shortest of times.

Important information:

  • 1). If possible, please enclose a detailed description of the fault with your device.
  • 2). Please enclose the guarantee card and a copy of your receipt (till receipt).
  • 3). If you're sending accessories as well, please list them in detail in your cover letter.
  • 4). If you're not sending accessories as well, please also make that clear in your cover letter.
  • 5). Please give us your full address, including telephone number and/or e-mail address.
  • 6). If you're planning a trip or an event in the near future, meaning that you need your device back as soon as possible, please indicate that separately.
